Hi, you received this e-mail because you already got the invitation letter to Anarcha-feminist festival in Zagreb, which will be held on the 13th, 14th and 15th of April. (For more information check www.anfemafest.tk) This is the first time we're organizing event like this, so we want to do it properly, and to avoid holes in organization as much as we can. That's why we need your assistance, by answering these questions till the deadline- the 1st of March. This is also good for you, cause you' ll have enough time to prepare things if you want to participate in the program.:) We'll need some time to arrange program, as well as to print it and spread it around. Communication languages on the fest will be Croatian and English, for the part of the program in Croatian you'll get a translator. Thank you for interest / answering / coming / participating!

  1. What is the name of your group / initiative / project? Which country/region from? Can you give us more information about it, or a web site to check?
  2. If you don't have a group, and you come as an individual, are you maybe involved in some projects connected with anarchism /feminism/ both?
  3. Are you coming to this festival as a guest or as a participator in the program? We ask this cause we can't pay for traveling costs for guests.
  4. Do you already know will you be able to come on the beginning of the festival, on Friday the 13th around noon? Can you stay all the way till the end, till Sunday about 3pm? If not, you can be... (if this is too early for you to answer, you can answer us as soon as you'll know it).
  5. How many people are coming from your group/city/region together with you?
  6. Out of this number of people, how many are participators/resses in program of the fest?
  7. Are you taking your distribution with you? If yes, how much space will you need for it?
  8. If you have no other options but to take your dogs with you, you'll have to take responsibility for them, cause if there will be too many dogs, you'll have to put it on the leash. Tnx for understanding.
  9. What do you expect out of this festival?
  10. Any questions / advices / proposals for us?

Further questions are only for the participators in program:

  1. What exactly do you intend to do? How much time will you need for that on the festival? Please give as much detail you know.
  2. Do you need a projector for a movie or something like that? If yes, you'll need to be on program on Saturday the 14th of April, cause we're renting a projector only for that day.
  3. What do you want to put in the program (name of your topic and name of the person or group that will do it, short description of the topic)?
  4. Do you need visa / invitation letter for Croatia? If yes, how much is it, for how many people, and CONTACT US FAST, in case you already didn't.
  5. How much is the cheapest ticket to Zagreb? (For somebody that will come by train, or bus, and for somebody else maybe by airplane (Western Europe - consider landing in Ljubljana, and then a bus to Zagreb, if there's no cheap plane directly to Zagreb). Or are you coming by car?

Financial part - This is the plan: after we see how much money we'll have collected (donations and benefit gigs welcomed), we'll see how much money we need after you send us answers. Priorities for paying traveling costs are given to people from Eastern Europe, such as Romania, Ukraine, Belarus, Macedonia... We're still working hard to make this possible, and we honestly hope that we'll be able to pay at least a part of the expenses. (You can check the financial situation on the web site). Although, we'd like that people come no matter that cruel reality/money thing. We hope that this festival will be a very fulfilling and inspiring experience for all of us. Working together, we're sure that we can do it!
